Credit/Payment Types
What types of payment do you accept?
S & S Incorporated accepts the following types of Credit Card payments:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover Card
- American Express
- S & S Incorporated Credit Account (net 30), subject to credit approval.
Do you allow for net 30 payment for online orders?
First-time online customers must pay by credit card. To set up 30-day terms, click here for our credit application. Fill out and return it to us via email at Info@sspkg.com or via fax at 216-383-1887. Once we approve your credit, we will contact you, and you can begin placing orders online with 30-day credit terms.
How do I set up my S&S Incorporated account?
Go to the Contact Us link at the top of the page. Enter all required information and click Send. Once we approve your account, we’ll send you a confirmation email from Info@sspkg.com. To be set up on credit terms, Click here for S&S Credit Application.

Can I get an invoice when I order online?

How do I get a tax exempt form?
Contact us for a Blanket Tax Exemption Form. S & S Incorporated must have this form on file for your company in order to accept tax-exempt purchases.
How do I get a quote?
S & S Incorporated offers special quotes for large orders and special items.

What if I cannot find a specific product?

Returns & Cancellations
How do I return items or cancel my order?
Call Customer Service at 216-383-1880 or email us at info@sspkg.com. We will promptly resolve any issues. Refunds will be determined at the time of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please return the merchandise in resellable condition.
Shipping & Delivery
Rush Shipments/Special Instructions
At checkout, please request UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, or Local Freight 1-2 Days. We will promptly take care of your needs. We also offer our local truck fleet in designated areas of northeast Ohio. If you receive special discounts with a specific carrier, please reference this information in the special instructions box on your order.
UPS Shipping
We will use UPS or local freight whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, “Common Carrier” will be selected to speed delivery to you. The cutoff time for next-day shipping is 12:00 p.m. EST.
